Quality Inn & Suites Glen Rose

The AC was out in the lobby and halls. The place was very poorly maintained. The room had an odor. The bedspread was either dirty or stained. It needed to be retired. The breakfast ended at 9 instead of 10 like most places we have stayed.

Rented a room for five nights and on the first night in the middle of the night I turned on the light in the bathroom to be greeted by an enormous cockroach!!! My husband got up from a sound sleep to kill the cockroach and I didn’t sleep the rest of the night!!! My husband informed the staff and they said they would do a thorough cleaning and spray. We Stayed and slept with the lights on as cockroaches are nocturnal!!! Then had issue with TV and WiFi going out! Otherwise Staff was pleasant but will not be staying there again!!

The A/C wasn't working in the lobby and dinning hall . The rooms need extra attention, slightly dirty

They had a deal going making room cheap. This was the only plus.

Literal ants all over the window and floor in first room we were shown. Second room had toilet that was so old it was crusting all over the lid. Mold on shower curtain. Holes in the walls.

Property was good and fair price fot the accommodations

Literally the only good thing was it was close to the wedding venue. Everything else was terrible.

Everything. The AC in the lobby was out when we got there. The room they put us in originally was disgusting, not clean and we found a roach in the room. The second room was cleaned a bit better but still not what you would expect from a chain of hotels. The ladies working the counter tried their best to help but there was no saving our stay. We didn’t have much of an option for another hotel in town so we had to stay here. I should’ve done a better job or reading reviews as it is obvious that ownership doesn’t care what kind of business they’re running or the quality of the hotel they’re providing.

I paid in advance through booking.com but the hotel claimed i still owed money though i showed them a printed receipt and the emailed receipt showing payment in full. I disputed it and they hassled me and told me to contact the credit card company which i did. They finally backed down and admitted that I had paid in full. What a hassle.

For the price paid, I would expected a better breakfast.

It was convenient to town & the state park. The rooms were as we expected them to be for a major chain.
