Sapa Mountain Resort, Affiliated by Meliá

What a really great place to stay. It is so good to actually get Western service in Vietnam. Such a pleasure to stay here with staff and managers who can take initiative and make you feel welcome. The staff catered to our every need. Nothing was too much problem. We were upgraded on our last night. Looked after really well. There was no downside to our stay here. We will definitely stay here again when next in Sapa. Plus, the scrambled eggs with cheese and ham at the egg station for breakfast, was the best I've had anywhere in the world. Well done. Keep up the good work. The front office manager, Thang, is a real asset to this hotel also.

Construction going on near hotel so walk to n from hotel not pleasant. Apart from this, hotel generally good n clean.

Good hotel with charming staff. Only slight glitch was that room walls were thin and you could hear neighbours talking- annoying. Sapa is very weather dependant. We had thick fog every day (low cloud). Went on new cable car to top of Mt Fanzipan. It would have been incredible if we could have seen anything. Worth doing.

Enjoyed there nights at this lovely hotel. Very comfortable. Would definitely return.

Nice hotel, however our room did not have airconditioning. The resort itself is quite nice and staff were very helpful, however we found other hotels with superior views and location, that were much cheaper in Sapa. We did not have a room with a view of sapa, that may have been nicer. Organising a transfer to/from the train station was very expensive.

Really enjoyed the Victoria Hotel it is close enough to all shops and restaurants but away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet

This is a very comfortable and excellent hotel. The only reason for the imperfect score on condition and comfort was the noise from the renovations which disturbed our rest, but we can understand that the work needs to be done. The staff who organized train and tours were really efficient and excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria Sapa. The general atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant, with the fireplace and apple cider. We appreciated the small things for the kids- rabbits in the yard, a kids room, swimming pool and pool table. The room was on the small side, but very clean and snug. Breakfast was great. Would stay again.
