Sapa Mountain Resort, Affiliated by Meliá

Clean and good service . One complaint would be low water pressure one night, maintenance came to check and rectify but still low pressure, they came again and was rectified but then there was no hot water at all until next morning.

Very cozy resort nestled into the mountains in Sapa. We only stayed one night after climbing Fansipan and we were grateful for the staff, comfy bed and good food on site as we did not want to move. Thanks for a great stay!

Since the road to the hotel has a problem , we could not go by car and it is a big difficult to carry the luggage. Otherwise this hotel is very nice.

We stayed in a Superior room at the Victoria Spa resort. This is a lovely hotel, great for those who do not have mobility issues. The hotel is located on a hill and access to and from the town is via a steep set of stairs. Ok for us, but not for everyone. The location on the hill gives a great view over the town and lake. Our room was fabulous, very comfortable, excellent bathroom with shower over bath. The breakfast here was great; lots of freshly cooked food, a large selection of fresh bread and pastries and an egg station / hot cooked Vietnamese style breakfast foods made to order. We were disappointed with the pool which was a further walk up another steep incline and, due to it being located inside a building, was quite hot and stuffy. This would probably be welcome in the cooler weather, but not so in July. We took a tour of the local villages through the hotel, which was quite pricey.. The tour itself was enjoyable to the point that we were surrounded by local women pressuring us to buy local handcrafts.. :( The hotel staff were lovely and always very happy to assist when required. We are happy to recommend this hotel.

We had a relaxing stay in Sapa. It is easy to walk into Sapa Town and explore the small town with it's amazing views. The group your out into a couple of small villages was worth it. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of food.
