Sapa Mountain Resort, Affiliated by Meliá

Lovely hotel, formerly Victoria with its own train from Hanoi. I used its sauna and steam room on both days. Stayed in ground floor room with garden view.

We had checked in on 4th Dec on our visit to Sapa. The hotel is situated in a centrally located place. From the hotel there is a buggy service available which will drop you / pick up from a Center point (free of cost). From there the SAPA station is hardly a minutes walk. Hotel allows early check in. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff is extremely courteous. Special mention to both the staff (day/ night) at the reception. They converse very well in English as well. Overall would highly recommend the hotel. PS: For someone looking for Indian food, there is a restaurant close by to the hotel.

Really lovely traditional hotel. Great position in town, with fabulous views. Good choice of food for breakfast. The pool was always quiet when we used it and is a reasonable size. Good comfy bed and housekeeping visit every day if required. Would recommend ear plugs as the surrounding area can be noisy. Super friendly and helpful staff.

We arrive earlier than the booking time but the room is ready. They let us check-in early for free. The welcome desk staff speak fluent english and gave us a really warm welcome. The hotel vibe is like garden hotel among mountain view. It is not far to walk to Sapa lake. The buggy is also available as request. Good hotel choice in city center.

We stayed 2 nights with this boutique beautiful hotel in Sapa town. The reception and bell men were so helpful. Hotel room view to the lake and city were the gem. Bf was decilious. Our kids liked the pool games very much. It was a different hotel from the rest of Sapa. highly recommend to stay.

This is my second stay in the same hotel. Well located and has good ambience. I wished they offered us early check in as we arrived early by train from Hanoi and had to start our tour without the chance to freshen up.

Wonderful hotel,with incredible staff and in a wonderful position! The hotel itself is stunning,the rooms are great,and the staff are impeccable. They could not have been more helpful,even giving us umbrellas when it was raining! The restaurant as well there has a great breakfast,and a wonderful lunch! I highly recommend.

My son and I spent 3 days 2 nights at BB Resort and Spa. I really love the garden. The bed is so comfortable. The food is delicious. I love its location because it is very peaceful, not as noisy as other hotels in town. I will definitely come back

Lovely comfortable hotel, in a quiet location above the town, we enjoyed our two night stay in this pleasant town. Nice buffet breakfast with plenty of choice… the chef makes omelettes with chopsticks ! Although clean and comfortable the hotel lounge and bedrooms are a little “dated” and perhaps a refurb is due ! Very helpful staff and we used the room laundry service which was very efficient.
