"It was not a good experience for me nor my family."

It was close by many shopping areas the building was renovated. The walking distance of the plaza.

The staff and the treatment from the team. It did not feel like a vacation. The service was very bad to where we felt over charged and ripped off. We couldn’t use the shuttle because we were not a member/owner of the property. We were told we could but we were standing outside for a very long time. We spent more money due to only having a partial kitchen. When the booking was for a one bedroom suite firework view, kitchen. We spent more money but didn’t get what we paid for. They have a pet for a raccoon that was very dangerous. I walked in my path and almost scared the daylight out of me.
