Vacation Village Orlando, Celebration

Same as previous review. The location was great and the building being renovated was also good.

The staff was rude. The manager and supervisor were unpleasant and unprofessional. My vacation went from bright I gloomy. Myself and my family suggested to visit somewhere else when we come back to Florida. Also we saved time by not purchasing from RCI with Vacation Village at Parkway. Due to the presentation that was displayed by staff and other things from the property itself. As well as management.

My family and I loved the pools and different activities everyday.

I can’t say I disliked a thing.

The area

We had a horrible experience we had roaches in our room, and we found moldy towels in the washer we tried complaining we had the staff come to the room we had to take it out of the washer we asked for gloves they only provided one. We have videos of this the staff did not help one bit, and they made us remove the moldy towel form the washer. We received no refund or accommodations. The worker Joshua was very rude he didn't want to provide his information since they stated they couldn't help I have used this app for years and have never had any issues like this ....The manager Chantel Davis stated that the mold on the towels she could do nothing about. They stated the only accommodations they would allow would be a late check out why would I want to stay in a room that clearly had mold and roaches. To spend my money here and now have some type of accommodations is ridiculous.

Easy check-in, plenty of staff, Very clean, family oriented, many pools to choose from and location!

Only thing was the sofa had a very thin mattress, not comfortable.

El complejo tenia piscinas muy lindas y mas para niños, tenia varias opciones. La ubicacion estaba muy bien, siempre dependiendo a donde quieras ir, pero de los parques estaba bien. Y tenia muchos servicios.
