Çalışan personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Odada temizlik noktasında bir sıkıntı yoktu ama malesef nemden dolayı rahatsız edici bir koku vardı. Bu kokuyu baskılamak için sürekli ıda kokusu ya da çarşaflara parfümlü deterjan kullanıyorlardı. Buda iki kat rahatsız olmanıza sebep oluyordu. Son üç gün otel değiştirdim ve karşıdaki 5 yıldızlı otele geçtim, son derece memnun kaldım. Bence çok az daha fark ödeyip orayı tercih edebilirsiniz.

Don't write reviews often however Pacific resort was exceptional. Room's are very spacious and the rooftop pool has great views. Loved the care and attention provided by the team. Service was first class! We would definitely come back

Little walk to Karon circle but we preferred to be slightly outside the main area. Everything was perfect for us! Thank you 🙏

L'accueil, l'amabilitè, la gentillesse de tout le staff, sans oublier le manager, Mr San. Un hôtel de charme, avec vue sur l'océan ainsi que le big budha. Que dire du restaurant aux mets savoureux et copieux !

Great quiet location but still close walking distance to everything you need, Staff are awesome and very friendly and helpful nothing was problem, Uncle Sun was great, talked to us everyday to make sure all was good, kids loved it. Views from the roof top pool were amazing.Food at Saneha restaurant was great and good selection at breakfast that changed each day, overall great place to stay and would stay again if we visit Karon beach in the future, overall great experience well done Pacific Club Resort

Nothing everything was great.

Tesiste herkes çok yardımseverdi ve tesis karon plajına çok yakındı, yürüyerek rahatlıkla gidebildik. Araç çağırdığımızda ortalama 5-10 dakika içerisinde hemen araç geliyordu.

Sadece 1 gün gece 03:00 civarında temizlik yaptılar dışarıda hoşumuza gitmedi ama genel olarak çok iyiydi

Absolutely everything, from the service, to the breakfast, to the rooftop swimming pool, to the ping pong table in the gym. What really pulled it all together was the care that Mr. Sun gave to all his guests, he went out of his way to make us feel at home. He gave us advice on places to visit. When I got a little sick he kept checking in on me and even took my wife and daughter to the pharmacy to get some meds. He was even willing to take me to the clinic if I thought that would have been necessary.
