Monsieur San est extraordinaire et considere ses hôtes comme la famille. Notre fils a du etre hospitalisé, il lui a emmené des fleurs a l hopital. I can write this with all my heart for Mr. Sun and Pacific Club Resort. What happened there was not just hospitality — it was a true human gesture that I will never forget. In a very difficult and stressful moment, Mr. Sun stood by me like family, with kindness, dignity, and genuine concern. In today’s world, such warmth is rare, and it touched my heart deeply. Pacific Club Resort is not just a hotel — it is a beautiful place where comfort, peace, and care come together in the most elegant way. The property has a lovely atmosphere, a rooftop pool to relax with a sea view and the rooms are graceful and comfortable, and the entire place feels welcoming from the very first moment. Everything reflects class, calmness, and thoughtful attention to detail. But what made this experience truly unforgettable was the heart of Mr. Sun. His hospitality was beyond words. He helped me with so much patience and sincerity, and because of his support, we were able to get out of a very difficult situation which had unfortunately occurred with us. I will always remain thankful for his noble gesture. For me, this was not just help — it was compassion, humanity, and true service from the heart. I have full respect and love for Mr. Sun and his resort. If you are visiting Phuket and want a place where you feel cared for, respected, and relaxed, Pacific Club Resort is a beautiful choice. I would recommend it with all my heart to anyone who values genuine hospitality, comfort, and warmth. The ratings shown online are honestly not enough to justify how wonderful this resort truly is. In my personal experience, Pacific Club Resort deserves far more appreciation for the comfort, beauty, care, and genuine hospitality it offers. Some places cannot be judged by numbers alone, because the heart of the people who run them is worth much more than any rating. What Mr. Sun and his team showed was not just service, but humanity, kindness, and grace. That is why this resort will always remain special to me. Places can be built with walls and rooms, but a great stay is built with love, sincerity, and respect — and this resort has all of that in abundance. As Gautama Buddha said, “Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.”

超出预期的小酒店，环境布置又安静美又温馨，订的大套房正好适合我们一行人入住，宽敞明亮，远远的海景也很美。服务周到，每个人都彬彬有礼，老板每天都会跟客人social。顶层的泳池和底层的健身房都非常满意。所有人一致认为下次再来普吉岛还会继续入住。

离海滩还是有点距离，不是哪种有私家海滩或者稍微走路都能到达海滩的酒店。酒店有shuttle bus，弥补了不足。另外，我们人多，打车还是很方便的，Bolt平台相加比较其他平台更高。

Location was great. Away from all noises but close to beach. Actually walkable distance (1.5km).

Saubere Zimmer, sehr bequeme Matratzen, gutes Frühstück, täglich frisches Wasser im Kühlschrank. Pool auf dem Dach mit toller Aussicht. Der Manager spricht beim Frühstück persönlich mit seinen Gästen

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, ist aber akzeptabel. Etwas außerhalb von Karon aber Strecke zu Restaurants und Bars auch zu Fuß zu schaffen.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons été surclassé. La piscine était magnifique. Nous avons apprécié le hammam et le jacuzzi. Nous avions des fleurs sur notre lit chaque fois que notre chambre était faite. Un grand merci a Sun le Directeur et toute son équipe pour avoir rendu notre séjour inoubliable, toujours aux petits soins pour nous.

The Pacific Club Resort is excellent! I ended up spending more time at the resort than intended because of the welcoming staff and the facilities. Reading your book in the hydrotherapy pool and lounging on the rooftop is a must! The views and gardens are amazing. The food was delicious - they even bake their own bread! Its close to everything but far enough to feel peace and tranquility. Sun and his staff will treat you well and you wont regret it!

Mr Sun and the Resort staff were absolutely lovely & made us feel very welcome. Room was clean & spacious. Roof top pool had beautiful view's of Karon & hillside. Always greated warmly at breakfast & Mr Sun personally came over to make sure we were comfortable & happy & went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

We loved our stay at Pacific Club, apart from the walk up the hill & that's because we are old & unfit. 10 min walk to Karon but comming back was a mission & only because our schedule didn't line up with the 4pm shuttle. A few more scheduled shuttles would have been good.
