The service was the best. The staffs are very very nice and friendly. Basically they will meet your request and also give us discount on breakfast. Location is convinent to the Karon beach，night view is awesome at the rooftop swimming pool. They updated my room to higher level. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. 5 Stars and very recommend！I am Chinese btw. I will remember this nice hotel！🤗

The view from the top is top! Great breakfast, Mr Sun makes you feel welcome, eventually it feels like your second home. Staff overall is so nice.

For people who don’t like to walk, property is on the hill, going down is a breeze, going up is a workout. Silver lining is that if you dined outside, you have time to digest!

We had an amazing time. The hotel was great with stunning views on the rooftop pool. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for you, especially Sun he was chatty professional and the whole time we were there he was always happy to greet you, he even did the same with the kids. There is a nail/massage bar which was very good and convenient. The rooms had absolutely everything in them including fridge freezer and microwave, plenty of storage and a big comfy bed. You can walk to the beach but get taxi back as the hotel is on a big hill. I would definitely recommend reasonable prices. We will visit again 100%

We stayed in this resort based upon Trip Advisor’s rating and reviews and were mist favorably impressed during our stay April 12th through the 15th! We have stayed in many outstanding resorts including the 5 star Outrigger in Kona, Hawaii and The Royal Hawaiian in Waikiki in February of this year and The Pacific Club Resort tops them all in every possible rating! We stayed in a large one bedroom suite of about 500 square feet with a large king size bed, fully tiled floors, a full sized refrigerator, fully tiled floors, a nice deck with a great view, plenty of storage and appropriate furniture for a suite including table and chairs and bedside tables with plug ins on both sides of the bed and a gorgeous and generous sized bathroom with a wonderful rain shower. The resort is most tastefully decorated including several three dimensional wall panels of elephants, Thai Goddesses, and aThai family and there are seating and waiting areas in the lobby and a nice exercise room that we availed ourselves of daily and a gorgeous roof top pool and bar that even has in pool tables that you can order food and drinks from while enjoying a gorgeous view of the coast. There is a nice restaurant area where a sumptuous and generous breakfast is available daily and the service from every member of the staff is outstanding! To top it all off, the owner, Uncle Son, is available daily and converses with his guests in a most successful attempt to make them feel at home to the extent that we saw him on three separate occasions on one day: at breakfast, at noon, when we were awaiting pickup for an elephant expedition his staff had arranged for us, and in the early evening at the swimming pool after returning from a delightful afternoon with the elephants! Now that is the epitome of an owner who really cares about his guests and imbues that feeling to all his staff and truly wants to make you feel at home while staying with him! I truly agree with the woman who said of this facility, “If I could give it 100 stars, I would”! If you are ever going to be in Phuket, you owe it to yourself to stay here! It is more than worth the reasonable price snd a lot less than lesser resorts charge! Accordingly, I most emphatically recommend it to you! You will not be disappointed in the least!

Cute Botique Hotel conveniently located in Karon area of Phuket staffed with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people. The Spa with reasonable prices is a must try.
