Recently I stayed here with my parents and it was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had! This resort has amazing facilities, such as the rooftop pool where you get a beautiful view of Karon Beach, and there are many other great facilities such as the gym, the lovely dining areas, breakfast buffets, the spa, etc. Rooms are also kept spotless and decorated very nicely. The overall atmosphere of the resort is very serene and quiet, also kid friendly! To top it all off, the staff, hospitality and overall customer service is 11/10. The staff here will make you feel like family! The environment is filled with the brightest and most genuine smiles, and staff always make sure to check on guests and their experiences. My family and I particularly had very great experiences with Mr Sun! He ensures all guests are perfectly taken care of and are given the full experience of staying at the resort, and also makes sure all guest needs are catered for. The rest of the staff are also amazing and ensure to follow these values as well! I would come back here in a heartbeat, and am definitely planning on staying here when I visit Phuket again!

"Wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel on Karon Beach, Phuket"

We had booked a one bedroom ocean facing suite but were upgraded to the two bedroom ocean facing suite. This is a very charming boutique hotel about 10-12 minutes walk to Karon beach. The suite was very clean and spacious with a large balcony/deck. Extremely comfortable beds. The restaurant serves a variety of food (Thai and Western) and is very well priced. The owner, Khun Sun, is always around ensuring the guests enjoy a good breakfast and a very caring person. The charming pool is on the roof top which offers good views of the sea and the surroundings. All in all a great option to stay in Phuket at very fair prices. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the Pacific Club Resort thanks to Mr. Sun and the amazing staff. Everyone was very nice, helpful and caring. The rooms are modern and clean and the rooftop pool is a dream. Prices for drinks
