Pacific Club Resort

Great pool, awesome staff (the tall guy working the front desk that used to work in Aspen was amazing, we really appreciate him). Room was very large and comfortable and breakfast was good.

The restaurant had good breakfast and Thai food, but the Italian, sushi and Steak offerings were not very good. Just stick to the local food and you'll be good. This is based on a Westerners tastes though and may be different for others.

Second time at the pacific , great from start to finish , mr sun , chan at the desk and the whole team at the hotel are really nice people , only a short walk to the beach , whenever I go to Phuket I will only use this hotel , highly recommend

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - particularly those on the front desk. The roof top pool was wonderful; amazing views across the bay, the mountains and trees at the back and over the tops of buildings down to the beach. Never too busy and accessible into the evening. The bedroom was spacious, bed very comfortable and good channels on the TV.

We found the breakfast to be very limited and repetitive day after day. Items were also not replenished on a regular basis. All the bread options were very sweet and there was no bacon! It would have been helpful to have a full-length mirror in the bedroom (there was plenty of space for one), and a couple of floor mats. The room was tiled throughout and slippery when wet, not to mention the inevitable sand deposits - and nowhere to wipe the feet.

We stayed at Pacific Club Resorts for 2 weeks! Amazing experience! Sun the owner of the hotel is a beautiful person.. very kind and friendly.. and the staff as well! My husband my son and I had a great time in the pool which was on the top of the building and the view was amazing 🤩 The Breakfast (international and local ) was very good and fresh every day! We really recommend this place! Very close to the shops and restaurants ! And the beach is beautiful 🤩 Thanks Sun ! We really enjoyed the Holiday !
