Es ist definitiv keine 5* wert! Service war ok, aber Durchschnitt, Zimmer schön aber einiges defdkt (WC Spülung, Lichtschalter..)

Beautifully decorated room, we had a sea view but it was blocked by a massive plant on the balcony so couldn’t really see it. Room was small, bed advertised as extra large but really wasn’t that big at all. Location is within walking distance to lovely restaurants, shops and the beach. The chocolate croissants are unbelievable, make sure to try them. The breakfast is continental and serves different types of cooked eggs and cold meats. If you’re looking for a large buffet breakfast it is on the smaller side. It worked for us as we were happy with a lighter option to eat in the morning. The breakfast staff were really very nice, as were the staff at reception.

The pool is really just a paddling pool, it’s really cold and windy on the roof top also so be mindful. We visited end of May. We didn’t use the pool once in the end and we initially chose the hotel because it was one of few that had a pool.

Beautiful hotel , room was very comfortable, great rooftop. Federico at the reception she was the Best !!!!

Die Lage ist großartig, wenn auch nicht sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer stets aufgeräumt, aber das darf man als Gast ja wohl erwarten.

Frische Blumenarrangements anstatt Kunstblumen, Stoffservietten anstatt Papier, sind Kleinigkeiten, aber eine Reparatur, die während unseres Aufenthaltes von 3 Nächten nicht zu bewerkstelligen war, damit wäre ich anders umgegangen. Ok, man hat uns den Wechsel in ein Zimmer der gleichen Kategorie angeboten, aber wir hatten schon alles ausgepackt und wollten an unserem Ankunftstag nicht nochmals umziehen. Wir waren super kulant und sagten sie könnten es ja am nächsten Tag beheben, aber es war bis zu unserer Abreise weder behoben, noch hat man uns während dessen über den Stand der Dinge informiert.

La disponibilité du personnel, nous avons eu quelques petits problèmes dans la salle de bain où il y avait des remontées d’odeurs de canalisation de douche, et ça a été réglé dans la demi-journée le temps que nous nous absentions pour déjeuner par la suite comme nous avons changé de chambre dans la mesure où nous sommes venus deux fois en l’espace de 3 jours nous avions un problème de matelas qui n’était plus du tout le même que dans la suite que nous avions occupé au préalable et ce problème a été réglé aussitôt. Tout ça, pour dire que c’est un vrai Hotel cinq étoiles qui se préoccupe de ses clients. sans parler du restaurant, qui est absolument délicieux, ainsi que son personnel, sans oublier évidemment quand on parle de personnel du cuisinier qui est hors pair.

Location is near to the Old Town so easy to walk. Breakfast is ok.

The property is very expensive for the experience. The pool is tiny. The ‘sea view’ was limited from the bedroom and given that it cost us over €500 per night in April I would have expected a better experience. I was charged an additional €100 for our junior suite because I hadn’t named my husband on the booking even though the booking was for the room. It took them half an hour at reception to sort that too.

Nous avons eu des odeurs dans la salle de bain assez désagréables, le problème a été résolu assez vite, mais ça n’était pas bien dans un hôtel de cette qualité

The location is great, the room too and the rooftop was really nice, view, meals and service! The staff were awesome.

The shower was too small. They did change the towels although I left them hanging to let them now (as the info card said that to ecological purposes you can hang them for no change)Also they left water only the first day, usually this category of hotels leave on per day!
