Staff esemplare, accoglienza al top (sia alla ricezione che in seguito, con tanto di bevande in terrazza offerte da un cameriere gentilissimo)! Decorazioni e cura dei dettagli esemplari! Eravamo nella camera Acquamarina: molto bella! Abbiamo cenato in hotel: ristorante apprezzabile nonostante la necessità di alimenti senza glutine. Colazione molto ricca e variata anche per chi è celiaco. Le signore che ci hanno servito la colazione sono state disponibilissime e la signora che prepara le marmellate ce ne ha perfino fatto dono! Tutto perfetto, quindi!

We had a warm welcome from the receptionist, Gloria, with champagne and some snacks. Hotel is beautiful and great location, breakfast was one of the highlights. Highly recommend!

"Erreur de choix d’hôtel , C un maximum trous étoiles et non pas un cinq étoile luxe"

Il est interdit d’aller sur la terrasse prendre son petit déjeuner ou un pot l’après midi. De plus On nous a vendu une chambre avec terrasse , ce n’est qu’un étroit balcon, d’où l’intérêt d’aller la haut

Suite en duplex …., pas bien mobilier ancien de mauvaise qualité, matériaux ds la salle de bain de mauvais goût et non assorti entre le sol et les murs

"Don’t be fooled by the photographs, don’t expect 5 star Luxary but a good location to explore area"

Great location , lovely, helpful staff

Our Classic Deluxe room was definitely not 5 star. Very clean but shower cubicle needs ripping out. Rooms at the back offer a very small sitting area on the road. The weather was appalling when we were there so no where to really relax. Restaurant was very disappointing, food very poor, service not good and no atmosphere. Also very expensive for what was on offer.
