Just the pool it was good all other think it was sooooooo baddddd😡

My experience it was so bad with this hotel cuse the value of money was so expensive about the foos and the time of food it was just 2 hour and when they have time of snacks make you in long line and i was need to leave from the fist day but the booking didnt get my money back 🙁🙁🙁🙁 so i spend abad 5 days in this hotel 🥹🥹🥹🥹 and i didnt enjoy 😫😫😫😫 The food It was sooooooooo bad every think it was Dirty and the flys on all the food and the staff was so slowlyt when they prepare some Grills it was bad

Karşılama güzeldi lobideki arkadaşlar çok güler yüzlüydü fakat yemekler inanılmaz kötü o kadar yemekten hiç mi iyi bir şey olmaz 1 haftayı gerçekten aç geçirdik dışardan ufak tefek atıştırmalıkla ve snack bölümünden hamburger yiyerek durduk İbrahim bey eline asla eldiven kullanmıyor tavuktan eline alıp ağzına attı tüm parmakları ağzına girdi daha sonra tekrar o eliyle tavukları parçalayıp müşterilere verdi. Oda temizliği zaten sadece yatak düzleniyor birde klozete bir şey dökülüyor o kadar ne bir çarşaf yastık değiştirme ne sabun vs gibi eksikleri koyma hiç bir şey yok. Üzgünüm kötü bir deneyimdi..

The location is excellent, the view of the mountains, the garden is super! The weather was nice!! Interesting evening program!! Entertainers are super!

The hotel is 2 stars, no more!! On the second day, there was a huge piece of glass near our balcony, and the child cut her leg! After that, the staff did not even say hello!!!! The service is disgusting, very dirty!!!! The restaurant, bar, pool area - they clean once a day!! Everything is dirty and sticky! The staff walks around without a uniform, unkempt! All requests to the reception remained unanswered! In 11 nights, the bed linen in the room was changed once, and the children's beds were not changed at all!! The food is not tasty, there is no variety. It was a problem to feed the children (9 years old), everything is spicy !! the work of the hotel = 0!!! I do not recommend it!!!

Sadece hayal kirikligi olan bir otel. Aksam 11 den sonra su bile vermiyorlar. Astim hastasiyim ve gece krizim tuttugu halde su veremeyeceklerini soylediler. Esim saka zannedip usteledigi halde ilac icecegimi soyledigi halde hizmet veremeyiz dediler. Kalkip hastaneye gittik bilgi verdigimiz halde hicbir yardimda bulunmadilar. Yemekleri yuzunden disardan yemek zorunda kaldik, hersey dahile guvenip gitmeyin lezzet ve tazelik sifir. Odalarda kettle bile yok, havlulari, nevresimleri grilesmis artik. 4 yildizi sadece havuz ve avlusunun goruntusunden aldigina emin olarak ve oldukca uzgun ayrildik. Hayatimda konakladigim en kotu oteldi.

All the staff was lovely and very welcoming, the only thing what lets it down is the food , wasn’t very nice there wasn’t too many options and I do have coeliac disease it was very hard for me to eat there so me and my husband had to go out instead of eating at the hotel then I new it was going to be safe

Nice hotel, nice staff and good food

Hotel is very well located. It takes max. 5 min walk to the public beach but at the same time it is located a little away from the noisy part of the city. Meals are OK, but don´t expect anyhing special. Room was clean - extra tip for room service did a lot. :-) Most of the staff are willing, but there are exceptions. It is a good value for money for active holidays. The animation team is cool.

Huge problem is WI-FI connection. It is very unstable and it did not work most of the time in our room. The staff in the dining room is uncomfortably active in collecting used dishes from the tables. I had to warn them not to take the dishes away because we hadn't finished. Free cutlery is not available anywhere in the restaurant. You must always request them from the staff.
