Otelin konum hizmeti çok iyi bizi çok iyi karşıladilar temizligi ve yemekleri bizi hayran bıraktı otelin resepsiyonistleri ve müdürü çok iyiydi fakat barda arkadaşlar bize kötü davrandılar bardaki arkdaslar kendilerine çeki düzen vermeleri gerekmektedir diğer hizmet gayet iyiydi her sene gittigimiz kendimizi güvende hissettigimiz yer

En tout cas je vous suggère vraiment cette hôtel familial avec service très attentionné et je remercie à toute l équipe,si c est pour aller de nouveaux à Ölüdeniz, ça sera ALIZÉ HÔTEL.

Food bit repetitive not as much focus on cutlery or glass shortages at breakfast or dinner

Good stay

food , staff and location was perfect. Abo and Derya were two great staff. best location if you are a paragliding pilot. not that far from the sea. good choice for the money indeed. reception was good

The internet was awful. I barely could connect to the internet. cleanness could be improved.

Staff worked really hard. Pool area very nice with all new sunbeds and umbrellas. Very comfortable beds. Location is good for easy access to shops bars and beach.

Food food and food, this hotel was let down by the quality of the food. Glasses and cups in short supply often had to wait for them to come out of the wash. Never been to a hotel before that had to serve wine in tumblers. Show cooking especially in a morning was so slow, 20 mins to get pancake or omelette. I know the all inclusive finished at 11pm but when the show goes on until 11.05pm and then they charge £3.50 per drink contrived or what!

Food the rice was never cook well, the chef was rude when l asked for kebabs for both me and my wife and said it’s 1 per person but was giving it out to everyone else, swimming pool was dirty as l now have an ear infection from it, staff was rude when my wife wanted to sit down before dinner and they said we had to wait until the doors were open, room was dirty, left used towels on the bathroom floor for them to change and they put it out to dry. We informed them that my wife is immunosuppressed and has a very high risk of catching any kind of illness. This was rectified but it felt that this should have been high on their list for everyone staying there. We hardly ate at the hotel because the food always looked like it had been out for a while in an hot place, again high risk for anyone with low immunity. The room we were given was meant to be a superior room but it was definitely not! It was small and a standard room.
