Alize Hotel Ölüdeniz - All inclusive

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I lost my favorite earrings and my ring that my boyfriend bought me. The hotel went out of their way to help me find them. I am grateful for the friendly staff. Thank you for helping me and making me feel comfortable during a stressful moment. The hotel is clean, and a nice small hotel to stay at. I will come back again. Fun pool, water slide and beautiful landscaping. Thanks again!

I wouldnt stay in this hotel as its rated 4 star but not 4 star hotel. Everythings limited. We had bed bugs in our room. I had to call pest control guys for our home after our holiday as we probobly brought with us. I wouldnt write this review but its really pist me off. I wouldnt care about me but they have bitten my baby. I wont put the pictures as you might not like it at all but i have proof.

After reading so many good reviews about this hotel I was surprised to find so many negative things about it. Check in was smooth and quick and our room was pretty good. By the pool they blasted Turkish house music every day from 10am. Needless to say we weren't happy about this as we'd come to enjoy a nice and relaxing holiday. On a more positive note when I complained they did lower the noise not just that day but on the following as well. Regardless, we didn't spend any of our 10 days by the pool because we found the private beach to be way nicer. Food and drinks were really cheap as well so even though we had all inclusive, we had lunch by the beach a couple of days. The paid for Oludeniz beach was also really nice and the water was really clear because of the beach being pebbly rather than sandy. Another negative thing was the food experiences. At dinner we had to go down at 7:15 if not earlier (even though dinner started at 9:30) just to get a table outside. When dinner started people would almost run to the food and a long queue would form where you had to wait for up to 10min. We felt the layout of the food hall could have been better. Also, people would grab everything they could from whole bread rolls to dessert just to make sure they didn't miss out. A lot of people would then throw away half of the food they got at the end because they got way too much. Breakfasts were better although one day we found that there was no food left at all.
