The staff are lovely kind and friendly and we loved the pool sauna and steamroom .

Two beds pushed twogether instead of a big bed so couldnt really cuddle because it dips and the middle bit isnt very comfy and one the one side sqeeked by the tinest little moment other then that amaing place

staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding land was beautiful and we enjoyed looking at all the tadpoles swimming in the pond and wildlife surrounding the hotel. breakfast was included in the price of the room which was also a nice addition .

the room was a good size and generally clean, however the edges of the carpet had a bit of dust build up, especially under the radiator, so it didn't seem like there was a regular deep clean. a lot of the furniture was a bit bashed and outdated and it was clear there had been a lot of 'quick fixes' such as poorly fitted wobbly taps, a sink that didn't fit the counter cutout and a lot of patches and discoloured repaints from repairs etc. It would be nice to have a mini fridge for the room and it somewhere to sit in the room other than the two dining chairs. the room was generally adequate it was just the finish was a little lackluster considering how impressive the outside was. I would say the room is ok value for money but I have had better and cleaner at the same price point for a similar kind of place.

A little dated

The accommodation was very good, and very comfortable, the facilities were excellent. It was also an extremely convenient location for my business appointment.

The rooms are shabby, the whole place could use a refurb. The food is mediocre. The location is so remote that taxis won't come for pick ups. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious and was ideal for us as we were visiting for a wedding. The room had everything we needed and the hotel is situated in such a beautiful and tranquil setting! The restaurant food is also delicious and the bar staff were fab!

The room was slightly outdated and the tap was broken but still usable
