H10 Tindaya

Cannot say a bad word about hotel. The only one bad point was the beach with uncultural people walking naked in front of my face all the time.q

The attention to detail was outstanding. The variety of food options just amazing. Extended facilities, and in a perfect location.

Someone stole 200 euros from my wallet left the room. We asked to see the General Manager, but he was too busy. After 2 days and constant asking we got to see Assistant Manager, his response was how can we trust that you are telling the truth.. Apparently the same thing happened to other guests, so I was not sure why he didn't trust us. He suggested us to use the safe box, that was 20 euros a week. In general, hotel charges for everything. For example, there is no iron in the room and to iron a dress costs 6.5 euros and it takes them 2-3 days to do it. If you want to get your clothes on the same day, its double.

My family and I had a wonderful stay over New Year. We stayed for 7 nights. All inclusive. Lovely hotel with all the amenities. Absolutely no complaints. Plenty to do. Really friendly staff. Good food and drink. Own private beach. Weather was perfect. In particular Valentina, Ornella and Davide, members of the hotel staff, were very approachable, friendly and made the holiday special. Will probably come back next year...

if your idea of traveling is feeling like you are in a camp with endless rules and completely separated from the reality of the area this place is perfect Some of the hotel staff were very nice but in general it was clear that they thought little of the guests and were more concerned about following rules then creating a nice atmosphere and experience

Direct access to sandy beach bay. You walk down a few stairs and you are on the beach and close to the water. Being close to the hotel and the beach enabled us to enjoy the All Inclusive offer (cocktails, lunch, snacks). You can rent out 2 sun chairs + sunshade for 13.50€ a day or ask for discounts for more days. We paid 32€ for 3 days. The food and drinks were really nice, international and of good quality. Each day is different and surprising – ranging from Paella, Chocolate Fondue, Sushi to German “Brotzeit” with “Sauerkraut” and Würstchen”. We were also surprised that Cocktails such as Gin Tonic, Mojito and Tequila Sunrise were included in the offer. There pool activities, beach volleyball, shows, dancing to yoga. You can play basketball, football, paddle/tennis , billiards, chess and mini golf. Equipment can be borrowed at the reception. A Spa Day (whirlpool, sauna, steam, pool) can be bought for 12€ per day as well as massages and hair cuts. SPAR is situated left to Tindaya, Pharmacy is 30min by walk, a doctor is at the hotel in the morning and afternoon from Mon-Fri. PADI and ATM is at the R2 Hotel to the right of Tindaya. Windsurfing and Kitesurfing to the left of the hotel 30min by foot.

The best holiday we've had so far, will definitely be coming back at the end of the year :)

We have chosen this hotel for a long weekend break, but I would highly recommend in for a longer holiday. Hotel room was clean with gorgeous sea view, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only regret we had was the fact we had to leave so quickly. If you are looking for a unwind type holiday rather than party type break, this place is ideal.

This was our first stay in an H10 hotel and we were very impressed. The only point worthy of mention was the fact that if you really wanted sun on your balcony you should ask for a suitable room before you book, as there are only a limited number providing a sunny balcony.
