Les déjeuners étaient excellent et l’emplacement était parfait pour l’événement du IRONMAN, c’était au cœur du village près de la place où il y avait les restaurants

Le service à la clientèle était exécrable. Aucun des employés n’était sympathique. Des employés au service à la clientèle, nne parlaient pratiquement pas français et nous pensons même faire une plainte à l’office de la protection de la langue française. À cet effet, il n’est pas normal au Québec de ne pas pouvoir se faire servir avec quelques mots français. De plus, il est annoté qu’il y avait un manque flagrant de fluidité entre Booking.com et l’hôtel et pour cette raison, nous n’avons pas pu faire les modifications voulues au niveau de notre chambre, même si toutes les communications, faites par Booking.com à l’établissement ont été relevé et bien envoyé nous restons fort déçu de notre expérience en raison de ces éléments je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement pour ces raisons
