The location was a prime location. The room was a good size

Unfortunately, I found the service at the front desk to be very disappointing. The representatives I spoke with over the phone were quite rude, and I was told that all managers were unavailable on both Thursday and Friday, which made it impossible to discuss a solution to my request to cancel my stay in exchange for a future credit—even though I was willing to cover any difference in price. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a higher level of customer service. Additionally, the breakfast offering could benefit from some improvements, and if a hot tub is listed as part of the amenities, it would be helpful to ensure it is cleaned and maintained daily. I would like to rate this hotel higher but the beds are awful, so uncomfortable. I stayed in a two bedroom suite with my family and all three beds sunk in the middle, they need to be thrown out. The bed in the primary is a small double bed. For this room type it should be at least a queen. The hotel furniture is dated, but the rooms are spacious with well stocked kitchenettes. Housekeeping came every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Other reviews noted the lack of breakfast options. When I was there the breakfast had a large selection, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, cereals, breads, etc., but of low quality and the coffee wasn’t good. It is the best hotel location in the village. Just walk out the door to the village and the lifts are right out the door, this is the main reason to stay especially if staying with kids it’s so convenient.

The breakfast there's no more options. Very poor service.
