Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet our expectations. We expected better from an IHG hotel and were very disappointed by the IHG brand. During our four-day, three-night stay, water and amenities were provided in the rooms only once. On the other days, we returned from the park to find that not even a single bottle of water had been left for us. One of our rooms was cleaned twice, while the room where my son stayed was cleaned only once. On the day it was cleaned, no towels were provided, and many things were left out of place. I will include photos showing what this hotel considers “cleaning.” The transportation between the hotel and Disneyland Paris was also unreliable. On two occasions, we had to wait far too long. One day, we waited 40 minutes and called the hotel twice, only to be told each time that the shuttle was already on its way. The only positive part of our stay was the excellent service provided by one of the restaurant servers during dinner. Her attention and service were impeccable. Overall, the quality and service do not justify the price, especially for families.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. Been coming here for years and nice to see the same faces. Especially the bar/restaurant staff giving great customer service. Always been served by the great barman Jagath. He’s so attentive and good. Reception team were very helpful with our room mixups, quick to help and very helpful.
