place was clean and affordable just somethings needed updating.

People were very nice. Check in was quick. It just needs to be a little updated is all

Won’t be staying there again. If they treat other customers the way I was treated, I feel sorry for those customers.

Let me start by saying this review isn't based on the staff. We checked in and out quickly with little interaction. I have no issues with the staff. The room, however, is where the main issues lie and why I'm giving this a poor review. The chair by the window was covered in stains. We didn't use the chair to place our items. The TV was unusable. It is a Fire TV, but the remote that was in the room (typical hotel remote) would not operate with the TV other than control the volume. The popup that said we had to sign in to the property's WiFi could not be clicked off. I plugged in our Firestick from home, and we could watch for a few minutes before the popup came back, thus rendering the TV unusable. The towels were in poor condition with makeup stains. One towel we received for our second day had a hole in it. The sheets also had holes. The toilet looked like it was about to flood before slowly (think molasses) draining. The latch on the lock was broken, and the appliances were old. The breakfast area was so small we elected to seek other options for breakfast. Another review said the facility was being renovated. I would hate to see what this place looked like prior to renovation. For the price we paid, we expected much more out of this property. We've talked about bringing our 4-year-old back to the area at some point. We will steer quite clear of this property.

Easy check in process and access to the room. Explained and answered questions I had without hesitation or complaining. Also assisted when something was left behind on locating it and allowing for it to be picked up fast.
