"No incentives for guests"

The cost due to my Genius Level 3 status on Booking.com. This is a great price for me.

They have nothing to enjoy like continental breakfast or a vending machine. The ice dispenser always breaks down and probably has NEVER been cleaned. It's pretty disgusting. I've been staying here for over a year due to my job and, u still don't get any incentives, free stays, discounts from the property itself which is why I book thru Booking.com which the property doesn't like.

They double-charged me when I paid on booking and then they charged me another 65 bucks to my card

The location was great.

Roaches in the bathroom. Sheets were not clean. Something sticky on bathroom floor. No remote. Very noisey.
