"Unacceptable behavior by Booking.com"

You, Booking.com, CANCELED my reservation an hour and a half before I was supposed to check in. I called and confirmed the reservation a couple weeks prior and you also charged my card a couple weeks prior and then you just decided to cancel my family's trip because supposedly you overbooked us. We traveled, my daughter, my dogs, my husband, my family, we traveled to this hotel to stay, and you have the audacity to cancel me an hour and a half before checking in time. 0 stars, I will never use you again. This is absolute horse crap, and I will make sure that all my family and friends will never use you either. This is unacceptable. Do better for families.

Beautiful grounds. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Free ice cream, slushies and breakfast is a wonderful surprise.

The neighborhood was fine.
