Park Regis City Quays

Stayed for the location. Room was adequate for my one night.

Being up on a higher level. Had what I needed.

Good Location to everywhere! Room are functional and clean ! Front desk staff are efficient and helpful.

No View! There is a big wall around it. balcony is tiny! Looks like a student accomodation before.

Location for what we needed was great. And the price is always good.

Water pressure in the shower is not the best but that is a 1st world problem

We were lucky enough to have a room with a partial view of the water from our big balcony eg moored yachts etc (room 605A) The kitchen was well equipped and the bed very comfortable, the lounge room had a large TV as well plus one in the bedroom. One floor up was the rooftop pool with a huge area to sit and enjoy the water and mountain views.

Nothing really other than the shower was in the bath!

Helpful staff when there was no tv control in the booked room and we had to change rooms

Clean and quiet, friendly staff, ok price.

Price of the vending machine was excessive.

It was a very spacious place to stay in.

I would have been happier if I checked in earlier. ( 7:15 ish ) We couldn't get up any sooner than what we did unfortunately. I would have liked to enjoy being in my room longer. That's on us though.

Exceptionally large suite with all amenities (laundry, dish washing machine, air fryer, kettle, hair dryer …) and complimentary laundry and dish soap. Very spacious balcony from both the sitting area and the bedroom. The building is a bit dated and some things need maintenance (the towel rack in my shower was VERY loose) however I do think that’s reflected in the price and lends itself to the value. Some dishes in the cupboards weren’t the cleanest but I’m sure that can happen between guests and with cleaning supplies provided I didn’t mind. Location was at the very end of the boardwalk but a 15 minute walk along the ocean brings you to the city centre. Two fantastic coffee places nearby and the reef marina is walking distance, great if you are planning any trips. My one piece of feedback would be the heavy advertising throughout the lobby encouraging you to book trips with them, however when I asked they told me they emailed one provider once who never got back to them. Seemed a bit silly to me especially since Park Regis would be earning commission on each trip booked? Also there is quite an aggressive check in letter indicating rules, including a $100 fee (!!!) for lost keycards. Otherwise it was very quiet and I slept very well!
