The location was perfect, we were allocated a room on low floor as we requested. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is perfect for us, due to that we like to be close to the Grotto, as I am a volunteer.

As we have stayed here before, we knew what to expect, however we found that this time some items at breakfast were limited, eg our preferred bread, some times we could eat it, others we couldn’t as we were told they run out of that particular bread. Also, in the past they had at breakfast some milk for people with lactose intolerant, this time this was not the case.

Emplacement parfait près du sanctuaire. Possibilité de garer sa voiture à l'hôtel. Personnel de réception souriant, accueillant et très professionnel. Chambre de bonne taille, excellente literie. Petite salle de bain mais possédant une grande douche. Petits déjeuners complets sous forme de buffets. Bar et restaurant sur place. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Séjour très agréable.

Un emplacement parfait à seulement quelques minutes du sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Lourdes. Un personnel très chaleureux, accueillant et à l'écoute. Chambre confortable et bien équipée avec une belle vue sur le sanctuaire.

Paiement uniquement avec des chèques vacances en papier et non pas sous format dématérialisé. Egalement, quelques manquements lors du passage de l'aspirateur dans la chambre mais le personnel a fait le nécessaire après l'avoir remonté.
