Die Lage direkt am Heilligtum einmalig. Das Hotel selbst hätte in Deutschland wohl kaum 3 Sterne verdient, alt und ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig, der Übernachtungspreis im Verhältnis unangemessen. Parken nur weg vom Hotel in einem Hof möglich aber immerhin.

Kleine Zimmer, schmale Betten, wirklich nur als Übernachtungsstätte akzeptabel, Badezimmer klein und warmes Wasser häufig ausgefallen!!! Frühstück sehr karg und das Personal im Frühstücksraum kaum englisch mächtig. Ei musste man sich selbst im Wasser kochen. Unterkunft insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen allerdings wohl in ganz Lourdes meist alte nicht sehr schöne Hotels vorhanden und auch meist(noch?) geschlossen. Ein gemütliches und gutes Hotel zu finden dürfte in Lourdes wohl schwer fallen-Booking sollte gründlicher Schauen bevor sie dort Hotels anbietet, zumindest realistische Beschreibung liefern.

The hotel is conveniently located to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Gated parking is available for €23 per day. Special thanks to Daria at the reception for all your wonderful help and suggestions.

We made parking arrangements in advance with the hotel but Parking wasn't available when we arrived due to the hotel manager occupying it. We found this poor customer service since we were informed to arrive at a certain time to ensure parking availability which we did. Parking was sorted after while. Dated carpets and squeaky floor in our room.
