This place continues to be our "go to" accommodation in Seminyak. Well equipped, comfortable villas just 10 minutes walk from restaurants along the main strip yet very quiet. Quality breakfast in Kilo the restaurant, or you can have it in your villa. Transport from the airport makes the arrival process very easy. We will certainly return.

For a Five star hotel, it is unacceptable to cut myself on a stark knife on the bottom of the pool that was in the water for more than a week based in oxydation of the blade. If the pool was not check for a week can we trust in the cleaningness of the water ??? No good maintenance. The staff ask you to stay twenty minutes to check the villa before bringing you in and does not do any proper cleaning nore maintenance. Shame on them!

Excellent location, atmosphere and clean room

Great location in Seminyak, very close to the bus. The vibes were great, the villa was very spacious and clean. All the amenities were great too. The housekeeping and staff paid attention to detail and were very helpful with some of our needs. The food served at Kilo Kitchen was really yummy. The pool was also cleaned daily. Great stay overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Uma Sapna. Tucked away in a quiet street but a short walk to Eat Street. The Executive Villa was cool, clean and comfortable and very spacious. The pool was crystal clean and very big! The staff were super lovely and very helpful. We had massages at Terra Spa which were so relaxing. The breakfast at Kilo Kitchen was amazing. The food was so fresh and they make a great coffee! We also dined there for dinner which was outstanding. We utilized the airport pick up/drop off which was efficient and convenient. We had a wonderful time and hope to return someday!
