Everything was perfect, from the airport pick up, the welcome, the amazing villa, most comfortable bed, beautiful pool, lovely spa massage, delicious breakfasts, friendly helpful welcoming staff, and the airports drop off when it was time to go home. Beautiful relaxing quiet villa close to everything you could need.

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay in Bali! Uma Sapna staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and polite, always helpful. Everything was clean, the villa was amazing, a large villa but well looked after. Pool was amazing too. Breakfast everyday was delicious and freshly made, any coffee and juice you like plus a big food menu, + catering to gluten free. Will definitely be staying again and wish we could have stayed longer! Location is great too, walkable to plenty of restaurants and shops. Also a free shuttle service to Seminyak beach was great.

トイレを流す時に流れにくいのでドキドキしましたが、バリは全般的にそうなので大きな問題ではありませんでした。 あと冷蔵庫に元々の備品があったので追加で何かいれるには少し狭いかもしれないです。

Another 5 star review stay at Uma sapna. This was our 5 th stay here. Cannot fault this place. The staff are top notch , well trained , villas are cleaned to a high standard. I love this place ! Ira, iluh, Rita, arta and all the other staff names that I may have forgotten do a wonderful job.

We stayed at the newly renovated One Bedroom Executive Pool Villa (Villa Ternate) , the private pool and the adjacent covered Veranda were very relaxing and quiet, the ned was comfortable and the bathroom very modern and impeccable. The staff was always super friendly and helpful and the breakfast and dinner at Kilo Restaurant were delicious. We can recommend this place to stay in Seminyak which is located in walking distance to Seminyak Square and the beach and there are many restaurants in the area.

This was our third stay at Uma Sapna, returning after a couple of years since our last visit pre-Covid. We are pleased to share that the level of service and hospitality remains top notch. The team was warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. Communication via WhatsApp made it very easy to reach concierge and housekeeping, which added to the overall convenience. Breakfast from Kilo Kitchen was excellent, and the complimentary shuttle service to nearby destinations around Seminyak Square was a thoughtful touch. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well maintained — everything worked as it should. Uma Sapna remains one of our preferred places to stay in Bali, and we look forward to returning again.

Central location close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Our private pool villa was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were always welcoming, friendly and efficient. Another fabulous visit.

Service is excellent; staff went above and beyond to assist. Breakfast at Kilo restaurant (a la carte ordering) was very nice as well. The location of this property is very good, walking distance to eat street. The property also offers a complimentary buggy to Seminyak Square.

The property itself is quite worn out. The rooms, whilst clean, could do with some maintenance. Tiles chipped, pool needs a pressure clean, needs a paint overall. Some minor maintenance works would make this property 5/5.
