Great location and atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. The staff were so lovely helpful and made our stay extra special. The breakfast from Kilo Kitchen was excellent.

Where do I start? The staffs are responsive to the emails as we needed airport pick up. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Ferry. Such a Pleasant personality & provide excellent Service. Our villa was spacious and beautiful. The pool was Clean! We will come here again ❤️

I had an overall very pleasant experience at Uma Sapna and with its management team. I initially booked a one-bedroom villa through their official website. The villa was listed with a “special condition,” but there was no explanation provided on the website. I was later informed via email that the special condition referred to ongoing construction next door, which could affect noise levels and privacy during the day. As this information was not stated at the time of booking, I requested a change of villa. The management handled this very professionally and upgraded my villa promptly without hesitation. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. I was offered a welcome drink, fruits, and a complimentary 15-minute massage voucher for their villa spa. In addition, I received free entry to Mrs Sippy Beach Club. The villa provides complimentary shuttle service to Mrs Sippy and Seminyak Beach, which was very convenient. They also offer 24/7 butler service via WhatsApp, allowing me to easily text for any requests or questions. Responses were generally very fast and helpful. The property offers great facilities, including a small gym with a treadmill, a swimming pool, a spa, a local art gallery, and Kilo Restaurant, where breakfast is served. The one-bedroom villa itself was splendid, spacious, and beautifully designed. The room and bathroom layout were excellent. I spent most of my time sunbathing and relaxing by the private pool while enjoying music through the provided JBL Bluetooth speaker. The bathtub was massive, which I loved, although it took quite some time to fill. I also ran out of hot water before the tub was completely full and had to wait for the heating tank to warm up again. Body lotion is available upon request and comes in a small bottle, but it smells wonderful. As it was the rainy season, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes. However, the villa provided mosquito spray and repellent, and the staff thoughtfully lit mosquito coils every day. Breakfast was delicious, and I booked a floating breakfast one day in advance. The staff delivered it to my villa on time each morning, which I really appreciated. The check-out process was smooth. Airport transfer is available for an additional fee. The villa is in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from nightclubs, bars, and restaurants. Overall, I would definitely return to Uma Sapna because of their excellent service, beautiful villas, and convenient location.

The room is gorgeous and their hospitality was great. Their restaurant is also very nice.

This villa changed my whole opinion I had about Bali previously didn’t really enjoy myself the first time around at an airbnb but decided to give Bali one more go and glad I did! The staff were lovely, the villa was close to everything so I was able to just go for a little walk when I wanted too. The room was great very spacious and clean. I would message the staff and they would be at my room within minutes, there’s 24 hour security so I felt safe, the small details really made a difference like they would stop the cars to ensure we crossed the road safely! I could go on all day just a great experience all up don’t have anything negative to say. Will definitely be back!

Have stayed here a few times. The service staff are great. Spacious rooms with very good air conditioning. Private pool areas are great for couples. Kilo kitchen has great staff and food and drinks menu. Location is great as well. Other great restaurants in walking distance.
