Everything about the place is pleasant and beautiful. The people the service the location and the atmosphere.

I wish the Restaurant "kilo" would include more Halal choices of food. There was only to choices for breakfast and that was very limited.

The property was clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. The staff were amazing. We loved the buggy and how easy it was to get into Seminyak square. The breakfast was always 10/10

We stayed at Uma Sapna in Seminyak. The staff are very kind, humble and polite. They helped my husband organise a surprise for me. Room is super clean, nice and big enough that I can yell at my husband from one side to the other haha 😂 They have a trampoline to jump into the pool, my husband’s absolute favourite, he didn’t want to leave! Food and drinks at Kilo restaurant are very good quality. When we had an accident and got injured, the team helped us a lot: checked on us every day, and even called overseas to our insurance for us. Thank you so much Uma Sapna team. Everything was perfect, just wish there was a fridge in the room and a few more plugs for chargers. We will come back anyway. ❤️

Our villa was amazing! It was so nice, clean and it had everything we needed and more. The staff were amazing and so helpful with everything. The service also comes with a free airport pick up and drop off, free shuttle to a close location of your choice and a fabulous massage on arrival. The food at the attached restaurant was so delicious as well! Room service and cleaning service was very quick and thorough. And the location's really great if you're coming as a tourist. Highly recommend this place to everyone!!!
