Friendly staff, room and pool clean

Busy noisy location, terrible breakfast selection. Expensive poor restaurant

Service was faultless, villa exceeded our expectations and staff were super lovely. I did have to ask the reception to ask the cleaning staff not to replace our towels daily as we always hung them up and according to the signage they would only be replaced if left on the floor. Thank you for a great holiday.

The staff, the location and our private pool

Uma Sapna was the perfect villa for our week in Seminyak! The staff were amazing. They constantly went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The villa itself was a beautiful space, well kept and lovely for afternoons by the pool with our kids. It’s in a great location, not far to walk to main stretch of Seminyak, or easy enough to get a taxi. Our treatments at The Terra Spa (adjoining spa) were the best we’ve had in Bali. We also really enjoyed the daily breakfasts in our villa from Kilo Kitchen. This is by far the best accomodation I have stayed at in Bali

We have stayed at Uma Sapna at least once a year for the last 10 years. We love the beautifully appointed villas, lush gardens and above all the beautiful staff. We are always welcomed back like family and throughout our visit nothing is an issue or too much trouble. The location is excellent and is walking distance to all of our favourite restaurants, massages and shops. Can’t wait to come back next year

Staff were amazing. Highly responsive via WhatsApp and were willing to assist wherever possible.

There weren't a lot of negatives with this stay. Our only observation was that the quality of finishes in our room were a little poor (ie paint chipping).

This hotel does most of the important things well. The bed is reasonably comfortable, the water for shower and basins is hot, the air conditioning works well, the pool is kept clean, the room was very quiet and housekeeping does an immaculate job of room cleaning. There are two areas of disappointment. The room we had (a Royal suite), lacked a touch of decoration and refinement. Unlike the public areas we had virtually no flowering plans or attractive garden pots. However this is a matter of taste but walking through to our room was such a delight that the room itself felt unloved. The major disappointment was however the breakfast, which was taken in the hotel owned Kilo Restaurant. This offered no simple classic breakfast only clever overdone concoctions and looked for any opportunity to add extras to the bill. We would not use Uma Sapna again because of Kilo restaurant.
