"Pool area is extremely dangerous, very slippery and water temperature like ice"

Bed was comfortable

The water in the pool was ice cold, it was like jumping into a bath of ice cubes. There was nobody using the pool and it was 100ยฐ outside. I dare any employee to go into that pool. It is such a shame, I was there with my children, and they donโ€™t mind a Cold pull it all but even they didnโ€™t like the temperature of the pool at your hotel. The second thing which is a liability was the tile around. The pool was very very slippery. Not only that I slip and fall but so did two of my children, even though we were being very careful. Whoever designed or thought of putting that type of tile around a pool where it gets wet is a moron. I would like one of your executives to get in that icy cold pool and step out and see if they donโ€™t slip and slide on the tile. Iโ€™m surprised you guys havenโ€™t got sued yet.

Perfect location next to all sorts of places to eat, easy access to free way, complimentary breakfast was really good! Definitely plan to stay again in the future.

"I won't stay again"

Good bed. Good breakfast. Hotel feels good but the rest is not

The facility was noisy, bad insulation. Plumbing was extremely noisy, the bathroom was done with wrong slope to the shower so it floods completely. Horrible. The room was smelly. Not a good place to really rest.
