Location was good for us. Seemed relatively new and in good condition.

Arrived, as planned, about midnight. Was issued 2 keys at reception but neither worked. Guy at front desk took us up and used his master key to let us in. But that left us with no working keys. Tile floor in entry and bath was super sticky so our shoes went “glump”, “glump” with every step. Desk clerk in morning gave us keys that worked. Hooray. Won’t be back.

Breakfast

It is kept ins very poor condition; dirty, poor house keeping. Staff promises to deliver solutions which were never accomplished.Poor management; the price does not match Marriott standards. Elevator was in very bad condition. Our room was not the one advertised, nor its quality…I have been a booking customer for many years. This has been the worst experience of all. Even the staff manifests that property owners are not interested in keeping the hotel in good standards. I requested a refund and the local hotel management did not even offer a solution. I expect Booking to credit my stay as this experience has had both me and my wife very upset and aggravated, to the point of not continuing the use of your services.

We picked this hotel due to its convenient location for wine tastings and nearby dining options. It's a little older, but everything was well maintained. Breakfast and parking were included at no additional charge which were appreciated.
