You can request your preferred bedding configuration in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking. Please note that the rate is based on two guests. A third adult can book, and will be charged $45 per night upon check in. The checkin staff was amazing, fast process, really friendly. . Nice surprise in our room, a lovely bottle of wine and chocolate added a personal touch to our stay and anniversary/birthday trip ❤️🙂

House keeping service could have been better. Toiletries, bathroom and other products were not refilled at times but otherwise everything else was great.

We had a nice two bedroom apartment, the bed was very comfy, fire was cosy in the living, there is a lot of space in the room, spa bad / swimming pool is great too.

The room was a little bit cold when we arrive, but the heat pump was good and got it warm really quickly. The elevator was not reaching our floor, we had to climb the stairs to reach the 4rd floor.

Location Staff

Carpet throughout the hotel was dirty No Netflix or any other apps was available Tv were outdated Looks like 20 years old with the brick size remote control
