地理位置非常好，20 分钟步行到皇后镇中心，不过走回来的话会有一个大坡，也可以直接门口 bus 到镇中心，每天送一升纯净水和一升气泡水，房间虽然有点老 但很干净，性价比很高

由于靠近大路，如果住的不是湖景房的话马路上的车子会很吵

Location is superb. Walkable to the lake park. Room is good size, comfortable bed, great shower pressure and it is private.

The beds were very comfy, TV worked well and lots of channels. Spa and sauna were lovely.

A microwave or toaster in the room would’ve been handy.

Good comfortable room. Bed was large and comfy. Bathroom was basic but clean

Didn't like paying extra for car parking. Flet a bit like maze

View from the room was amazing, and the room was huge. Pool, hot tub and sauna were a nice addition and gratefully received after a day of hiking. Parking available and located in a safe locked carpark (with swipe access).

We were on the 4th floor which didn't have lift access which would have been nice to know about in advance. A bit of a walk into Queenstown proper, and up hill on the way back. Parking was $15 per day. House keeping was a bit varied in terms of what was done/replaced day-today
