"Beautiful, comfortable, homely luxury"

Beautiful chalet vibes with stunning views on the lakeside.

I originally booked in the waterfall wing but when I arrived I upgraded to the lakeside. I’d recommend upgrading to lakeside if you can because the views are absolutely stunning!

It was a spacious room and they were able to configure beds to accommodate 3 guests.

The room was cold even with the heat pump. There was a draft and required an additional heater in the room. Parking was $15/night and this wasn’t advertised initially when making the booking.

"Bien mais très cher pour un standing qui n’y est pas"

L’emplacement est très proche du centre.

La réception à notre arrivée n’était vraiment pas aimable. Nous avons bénéficié d’un sur-classement mais finalement la chambre était si grande qu’il y faisait très froid, dommage.

"It has value for money but substandard"

Location only

There was no TV remote provided even after requesting ; I was told it’s a wiring issue No drinking water was provided and I boiled water for drinking Restaurant was substandard- for both breakfast and dinner- only one another customer was having dinner on Saturday night apart from myself and my wife Parking is not free and it’s for first come first served basis ( I received the warning text prior to check in )
