Beautiful place best I’ve ever been

Apartment 1013 had a large living, dining, kitchen area as well as a large outdoor sitting area. Pools were very nice and the gardens were amazing. Staff came and changed a light bulb that wasn't working in our bathroom and replaced the bbq lighter that was out of gas.

the utensils, pots and pans could do with replacing. The wifi was a bit hit and miss.

It’s was clean and feel like home stay.

We booked for 5 adults but space was for 4 adults only and can’t find space for 2 car

Great place to stay and will definitely be back

Only downside to the property was the allocated parks for the rooms are tiny so not good if you have a 4wd

The pools were nice

The room was dark and dingy, the bed was broken in the main room (fixed on day 4), the bed was not a large double as advertised- it was 2 single pushed together creating a significant gap which was very uncomfortable for my partner and i, there were children’s scribble on the walls, the curtains were coming off and couldn't be pulled properly, the curtains were filthy, dead cochroaches, terribly loud whilst trying to sleep with constant banging of doors, only one couch in living area not sufficient for a family, noisy fans, modem router placed on floor in bedroom with cords running all over the place. The area was not nice either. it was a real disappointment and impacted our (much needed) holiday. No partial refund given despite the bed being broken for half of our stay.

The property is in a good location, had plenty of space and a very spacious unit

Hard to find unit at first, a better detailed map would help. The unit could benefit from a good clean and update

The room provided to us was right next to the pool and my daughter enjoyed it so much
