"A most enjoyable stay."

Beautiful gardens , pools and architecture. Spacious apartment and lovely outlook to pool. Thai Restaurant was excellent.

Very spacious and relatively close to where we needed to go

Dusty ceiling and carpets. Had a VERY bleachy smell when we walked in. Bed was extremely uncomfortable could do we an actual queen bed also not just two singles put together. I think it’s also unfair to spend the money you do to then be expected to take out your own rubbish. Whole place needs to be updated and rules checked

Beautiful gardens.

The property tried to cancel our booking before we even got there and tried to blame bookings.com. Which was not the case. They wanted me to approve the cancellation. After some back and forth they kept our booking. When I arrived I didn’t feel very welcomed as you would expect in a resort. No explanation of what is where or any details. Was handed the wrong keys to begin with, which I pointed out. Then they only had one set and said the second could be in the apartment but they had no idea, they were not in the apartment. One set of keys with 3 adults was inconvenient. The beds were horrible and hard. The resort has sand flys by the pools! So between very uncomfortable beds and sand flys bites there was a lack of sleep. The buildings including pools were very outdated and run down. Looks as though nothing has been updates since the place opened. Won’t be booking here again. Very disappointed as the photos online look amazing.

There is no phone reception in the area. TV did not work and wifi was spotty. Water pressure in shower was not very good.

We loved our stay at this resort. We really enjoyed the spacious apartment. We found it to be clean and well thought out. We especially liked the big screen t.v. and the balcony. The lady at reception was lovely, and the kids loved the pools even though it was a bit cool. Walking distance to a large nature park was a bonus. Also, it is not far from the city. We will definitely be back.
