How in the email sent to us it stated that if we didn't take our rubbish away with us we would be charged for cleaning services. Then there were no rubbish bins to put it in.

Loved the multiple pool areas and big apartment space. Everything was nice and clean.

A little dated, but lots of space and provided all the amenities needed.

Spacious unit, comfy bed, nice pool

It has significant pools around, and the place is clean, people is respectful and the hotel has a good family vibes.

If you don't have a car, I would not recommend staying in this hotel as the centre is not within walking distance, you'll have to take an Uber or Didi every time you want to go to the centre.

The location of the property.

Concerns During Our Stay: 1. The property was not furnished to an acceptable standard. 2. The clothes dryer was not working. 3. There was an unusual requirement to empty the dishwasher before leaving the property, which resulted in us having to wash dishes by hand in the morning. 4. Parking was an issue, as the allocated space was occupied by someone else for two days. Although this was reported and eventually resolved, it caused inconvenience. 5. Proper blankets were not provided in the rooms.
