We paid for a night stay never had an issue before. Soon as we arrived to check in the man behind the desk was nasty and very rude told us we are banned for life with no explanation at all and refused our refund. Disgusting

I booked 2-bed room with higher rate, the room was downgraded to 1-bed due to technical issue, they offered one more 1-bed room or £25 refund, we accepted first option but finally changed our mind to option 2, we didn't take the 2nd room. 2 weeks past, they refused to the refund now. But booking.com did very well and give me some appreciation bouns even less than £25, I appreciate it.
