I did not like the service charge fora pizza and pasta dish to be served at all

Chilled and restaurant staff and bar staff where lovely

My room was not clean had pubic hairs around the toilet seat and when I brush my teeth with the tap running water the sink was blocked and filled up with water and it’s in it and look like somebody who stayed here before had been sick in the sink , and that was horrendous to look at and disgusting. I told the receptionist I know she said was sorry unacceptable I will never stay here again. I stay in a lot of hotels. We’ve lost the value customer

The hotel proximity to Heathrow

Food is not up to par. Mash potato on the chicken supreme tasted like powdered mash ...not potato mashed. And The tia green curry was warm, so it had to be sent back. But it wasn't the best ...to watery and not that nice. Sorry guys ...but quitea lot of room for improvement. Staff are really nice,though.

This building bit too dim for me to see and myself visual impairment I feel struggle to see well Same as bedroom it was very hard for me to see and room wasn’t bright enough for me to walk about amd find thing . Also I finds room to too warm and I had to open the window all night . Didn’t have good sleep for two nights Was feel offended but one of untrained staff about service animal my guide dog . The manger are aware of this which is good . It me didn’t feel good welcome and it effect my confidence I think kids should have free meal during school hoilday really Co pare to premier inn make me feel welcome and kids go feee breakfast etc I hope that staffs more aware of visual impairment need good light for health and safety Of alarm I can’t run to door myself because floor too dark and table and dark black and brown it very hard for me to see .
