"Quite a strange place with the cold room and loud music"

It was very very cold in the room I checked in late, the restaurant at the hotel was open but had only 2 dishes from the long menu It was loud music in the hotel at night The room had its only window to the reception area Quite a strange place

"Check your credit card!!!"

Good location

Charged my credit card 3 times the price of my booking. Staff repeatedly told me that they couldn’t refund for 7 days after it took me an hour to prove that the charge was incorrect. Paper thin walls Broken fridge / no mini bar as advertised. Staff in reception really unhelpful and never once apologised for their mistake. No offer of compensation either.
