The hotel was conveniently located. The staff were a little aloof and breakfast was average . Some amenities were broken or unavailable.

Location and breakfast

The check in was smooth and easy. The hours for breakfast were early enough to encompass tours.

The room overlooking the street was so noisy we were unable to sleep and had to be moved. The room service was not good. For a hotel that knows that many occupants will experience some level of altitude sickness and need room service, it was disappointing that at times the kitchen was closed or you would be told to call back because they were busy. They forgot our drinks and anything that was supposed to be hot was lukewarm at best. If I was not battling altitude sickness and was able to leave my room for meals, I would not eat there at all. I also got gastroenteritis while there. Finally, when they say they provide oxygen, they mean you are allowed 5 minutes of oxygen in the lobby.

Very good location. Breakfast was also good.

Reception area was noisy and music started very early in the morning which is not good for rooms facing there.

Very clean and nice hotel. Not very quiet since we had a room facing the main road. Always honking and alarms going off.
