Residence Inn Dulles Airport At Dulles 28 Centre

We arrived to the hotel late at night after our flight was canceled for the night. We were exhausted and all we wanted to do was head up to our room and sleep. Luziel was working the front desk and she made sure we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Thank you Luziel! Breakfast the next morning was also great, staff friendly and attentive.

The breakfast was ok. The people who drove the shuttle were very nice.

There were 2 bottles of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner in the shower looks like they made a mistake and didn't put body wash, I let the front desk know but they didn't take care of it. We spent 3 nights and we used face soap.

It was just an overall experience.

The first one we stayed and was dirty… the sleeper sofa head in discernible stains on the sofa and up pun initially complaining a front desk person said you can put blankets on top of it, which was absolutely disgusting given the stain size and what it looked like it was. We asked for and received another room… that was also dirty. There was pet fur everywhere. There was so much on the office chair that we put it in the hallway. Dust and dirt on the counters in the kitchen and on the refrigerator. The bathroom wasn’t clean either. We ended up just cleaning it ourselves because we didn’t want to change rooms a second time.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel, I can not say enough about the exceptional experience I had from the moment I arrived. Jaden and Fatima, the front desk staff, set the tone for an unforgettable stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They made us feel like valued guests. They were professional, efficient, extra helpful. and incredibly attentive to every detail. The rooms were clean, fully stocked. We'll be back when we are in the area.

I wish we could have used the shuttle service at 2:30 am. Shuttle service started at 6am.
