Residence Inn Dulles Airport At Dulles 28 Centre

I have nothing bad to say about my stay here. From the cleanliness to the service to the convenient location and the shopping center. I would 100% stay again. I booked their full kitchen and at first I was placed into a room with just the stove top ,but when I call down I was easily transferred to another room without any problems. And that was shuttle to take you to from the airport or the Metro or even Walmart .

Great location, spacious room which was spotless. Attentive staff and the free shuttle bus is great. The driver even took us on a little ride round the shopping mall to show us what was available whilst we were there.

The property was discreet no large signage. GPS got me there with no issues. No issues at all with anything was one of the most pleasant stays I've had in a long time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling thru the area.

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at the Residence Inn Dulles Airport. The hotel’s location is excellent and convenient for shopping, but there were several concerns during my visit that I believe need attention. Upon arrival, I requested a room upgrade as a platinum member for my 8-night stay, but was informed the hotel was full. However, I found available suites on the Marriott Bonvoy app, leading me to feel that the hotel was not being transparent with its room availability for loyal members. Additionally, I noticed that the creamers provided in my room were expired. Although the manager addressed this issue promptly by providing fresh ones, it reflects a lack of regular quality checks in the apartment dining area. I also encountered issues with the cleanliness of the towels. Some were dirty upon arrival, and the replacement towels had brown spots the following day. Moreover, I had arranged for a late check-out at 4 PM with one receptionist, but a different receptionist (young lady with blonde hair) the following day denied this request without checking my profile or the prior arrangement. Her attitude was unwelcoming, and her dismissive response was surprising. The Marriott Bonvoy platform was created to facilitate guest communication and requests; her response did not align with that philosophy. I would like to thank the hotel manager for addressing the creamer issue and also express my appreciation for the hotel driver who provided exceptional service during my airport transfer. In conclusion, while I value the potential of the Residence Inn, my experience suggests that there are other hotels in the area that prioritize guest satisfaction more effectively. The room was very clean. The staff was helpful. The pool was wonderful. There were multiple shops and restaurants near the hotel you could walk to.

This is a top notch Residence Inn. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and spacious and well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and responsive and the breakfast was quite impressive with eggs, meats, cereal, waffles and much more. The property is in a great location adjacent to Wegman’s and a Target. Will absolutely return.

Incredible appreciation for the dynamic night shift duo who picked up my wife from Washington Dulles and checked her in on the night of the Crowd Strike denial of service event.
