Very good and convenient for shopping

I usually stay at the one near México International Airport but had to stay at this one. I like that there is a mall right infront of it. Starbucks, Chili's and other food chains at convenient distance. Staff was friendly, rooms are a little outdated not a luxurious hotel. Only complaint I had was that I booked a room with a King bed and got a room with double beds. The price was higher once I got there. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

It was very clean & comfy. Very conveniently located next to a big mall. Staff was friendly & helpful. Recommend the breakfast buffet!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here. The staff is always helpful and attentitive to our needs. It is in a plaza, so there os so many things there. A perk for us is there is a Walmart in the plaza. We cam easily get to the bus which takes us to a train for downtown. The pool is nice also. We will continue to stay on this property when we return. My family and I would highly recommend Fiesta Inn to anyone.

GREAT HOTEL,LOCATION NOT TO GOOD

I stayed for some days on this hotel for work. The attention from Personal is ok. The location is good, is near or inside a mall, so many food options there. The bed and the furnitures are Ok, the bathroom is not so good, the shower is old and it is quite complicated to make it work, the water pressure is not good. Daily they give you only one 355ml bottle of water. For the gym, you don’t have water and don’t have towels, once you are there you need to call to front desk in order to ask for water and towels, if you ask for a bottle, they bring you a mini bottle of water. This is really ridiculous, it spends much time waiting for the water and towel, one day I waited about 35 minutes. If you start the day doing exercise, it can ruin you easily. I had to go down to pick up my laundry because they were not able to charge it to my room, so 6 am in the morning need to go to the front desk and pay for your clothes (as if you could escape with no paying it) and then take the clothes to the room by yourself. The heating system in the room didn’t work, it kept freezing all the time. Several days my room card was not working properly and I had to go back to the front desk and ask for re magnetize again. After I complain about this, I think they fix it. The breakfast is ok, if something is missing or over, that’s it, there is no more. One day, there was no coffee, and even when there was coffee the last days it tasted like an instantaneous coffee, not what expected. There is a coffee machine in the room, but if you use the first coffee, it is not recharged automatically in every room service, you call to service desk, and have to pay for the coffee! What is the purpose of having a coffee machine then?? In my opinion this is very ridiculous, I’m not sure if is the same in the whole chain, but is not what I expected.

The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, there was no mini refrigerator nor microwave in the bedroom.
