"Great option for Ecatepec"

The rooms were spotless. The staff was professional. The only bad experience was one day did not have ANY water in the morning. I had to come back in the afternoon to get cleaned up. The staff never said anything

"old and unkept "

This is an old hotel that has not been well maintained. The thermostat did not control the air-conditioning, you either froze or fried. Poor water pressure, it could hardly hold the valve to push the water out the shower head.
