Easy check in, nice room, good amenities. breakfast was good, location was great.

Carpet nearly killed me! It was not secured to the floor and when walked on it would slide and would make you loose your footing. I just avoided the carpet area when I could.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Tramhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hause. 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Wir wollten eine Zimmerreinigung plus Tücherwechsel für jeden Tag. Geklappt hat es erst am dritten Tag trotz Reklamation. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte alles, war aber nicht speziell und der Aufenthaltsraum ohne Tageslicht und lieblos eingerichtet. Dies bei einem Designhotel. Die Dachterrasse mit Bar war nur an wenigen Tagen offen und bei unserem Besuch um 21.30 h hiess es, sie schliessen schon um 22.00 h, obwohl noch Gäste dort waren und offiziell bis 23.00 h offen ist. Begründung: Zu ruhig, zu wenig Gäste.
