Great location excellent at encouraging inclusivity

The room lacked light, when booking a sky studio the website pictures slowed excellent light unfortunately the room we were allocated was at the corner of the building which due to the building architecture and columns only had high porthole type window which made the room feel oppressive and claustrophobic. If there should ever be a serious fire it would be impossible to escape from. The room should not be marketed as a sky studio.

Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were extremely welcoming, helpful & professional. Room was very comfortable. Location was really great - so near the centre.

The wifi in my room was at best weak, and half the time didn't work as there was no signal.
